Save the date for our AGM and have a say is Holistic Nursing in Canada going forward into 2025-26.
Please plan to attend or provide us with your On-line Proxy Form or submit a manual copy so we can meet Quorum. We need 15 voting Members to attend in order to facilitate this meeting.
FORMAL NOTICE with Elections Slate and other required documents will be emailed to all Active CHNA Members shortly.
NOTE: Members with voting privileges include: Canadian Exclusive and AHNA & CHNA Combined Memberships only. We encourage Student and Retired Members to join us to share their ideas and participate in the meeting regardless!
