THE CHNA 2026 CALL FOR NOMINATIONS IS NOW OPEN
We are looking to Fill the President, Secretary, Treasurer, & 1 Director Position at our AGM June 14/26.

When a call for nominations is made, please download the Nomination form for the position you are nominating someone for; you may also nominate yourself. The deadline for submission of Nominations is posted beside each document.
Students and non-licensed retired members may nominate, but are not eligible for Board positions.
Once complete please email the document to our Nominations Committee Lead Amanda Dallow- [email protected].
Nominations will be reviewed by the CHNA Nominating Committee and then presented to the CHNA Board of Directors.
Successful candidates will be moved to the final election slate. At that time they will be asked to complete a Consent to Serve and Nominations Acceptance form.
